        Where does LivFashions deliver and how much is the shipping fee?

        LivFashions delivery is ONLY within Malaysia. The shipping fee is FREE for all orders.

        How long does the delivery takes?

        The delivery takes 1 to 3 working days for domestic shipment from local brands.

        How do I track my order?

        You may visit the order status page at ‘Orders’ and click on the order ID. Then, click ‘Track Shipment’ to see your shipment status. Alternatively, you may also click ‘Track Order’ on the top left of the website, and key in the correct order ID and email address to track your shipment.

        How are orders placed on LivFashions delivered to me?

        All orders placed on LivFashions are delivered through our logistics partner which is DHL eCommerce.

        Does LivFashions deliver products outside Malaysia?

        No. At this point, LivFashions deliver products only within Malaysia.
