What is the return policy of LivFashions?

The returns can be made within 14 days after your order has been delivered to you. The returns will only be accepted provided that the product’s original condition, tags and packaging is preserved. If the original condition, tags and packaging of the product is not intact, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be reshipped back to you.

Only clothing is eligible for return. Jewelleries and Accessories are not eligible for return.

Under what circumstances can I request for return and refund of the product?

You may apply for return and refund of the product in the following circumstances:

  • Product received has physical damage (e.g. Unremovable Stain, Tear)
  • Product received does not match the ordered specification (e.g. Wrong Size, Wrong Colour, Wrong Product)

How do I initiate the return & refund process?

Step 1: Initiate 'Return' at the order section

Click the 'Return' button at the order section. Fill in and submit all the required information.

Note: The 'Return' button at the order section will be available only for 7 days upon order completion. Hence, kindly proceed to initiate return online within 7 days upon order completion if you wish to return your order. Any return request that is made after 7 days of order completion will not be accepted.

Step 2: Return product

Upon initiating return for your order, you are required to ship the product to be returned via a courier service to LivFashion’s store (S-1-28, Emporis Kota Damansara, Persiaran Surian, Petaling Jaya 47810, Selangor, Malaysia) within 14 days upon order completion. Please ensure that the product’s original condition, tags and packaging is intact, and it is packed securely before shipped. Please email the copy of courier slip, receipt and the tracking number to [email protected].

Note: The return of products need to be made within 14 days upon order completion, whereby the return has already been initiated before through online within 7 days upon order completion. Any return of products that is made after 14 days of order completion will not be accepted and the products will be returned back.

Step 3: Refund by LivFashions

Once the returned product has been received, and the quality check have been done by us, we will then proceed to initiate your refund including your courier cost as well.

Note: LivFashions reserve its rights to not allow return or refund even though the conditions above are met. LivFashions may also amend this return policy from time to time as and when required.
